Telecommunications Program Manager

Tyto Athene, LLC is seeking a Telecommunication Program Manager to support the Social Security Administration's Telecom Program and telephony systems, including an enterprise‑class VoIP, MS Teams PBX, and Unified Communications solution across all CONUS/OCONUS locations.

• Project Planning and Management: develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Coordination: manage and coordinate efforts of various teams—including engineers, technicians, and contractors—to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management:
  
  conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues during the project.
• Quality Assurance: ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through regular checks and by managing quality assurance processes.
• Analyze Möglich: analyze.
  
  Phone Call data and audit invoice patterns.
• Review and report: review, analyze, and provide summary reports on service provider statements.
• Stakeholder Liaison: liaise with telecom service providers to status updates on network outages and coordinate escalation.
• Order Processing: supervise processing and tracking of MAC (Move Add Change) order requests, ensuring timely completion.
• Client Communication: communicate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendorsvić trwy to bridge gaps and resolve potential order delay issues.
• Invoice Interpretation: read and decipher carrier invoices and customer‑service records.
• Database Maintenance: capture key circuit and service attributes to update and maintain the Telephone Management System inventory database.
• Order Fulfillment: complete various order‑processing steps to move orders through pending processing, ordered with vendor, and follow-up until carriers fulfill orders and schedule installations.
• Billing Dispute Resolution: work with carriers to resolve identified billing disputes, manage and resolve disconnection notices.
• Invoice Processing: interact with customers and carriers regarding invoice processing to resolve items that prevent completion.
• Invoice Accuracy: ensure proper, timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Other duties: perform additional tasks as deemed necessary by the Program Manager or designated government project lead.

• Obtain (through SSA) Public Trust (Suitability) government clearance.
• PMP certification or equivalent education/experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Communications or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years experience in telecom customer service.
• At least two years experience working with SharePoint Online and Office 365.
• Solid understanding of intermediate Excel functions and formulas.
• Willingness to work at the customer site in Baltimore, MD.
• Experience with Local Exchange Carrier System (LECS).
• Experience with ordering and billing services.
• Knowledge of wireline telecom circuits and services.
• Independent project work ability with proactive communication internally and externally.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Problem‑solving attitude with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and mid‑level Microsoft Excel Gastgeber skills.
