Technical Project Manager (Software Engineering + Physical Product Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

• Lead technology product development programs within the aerospace sector

• Define scope, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for new product initiatives

• Support the formalization of the company’s project management and documentation standards

• Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure smooth program execution

• Manage cross-functional teams and optimize program performance

• Identify key requirements for internal teams and external vendors

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring accountability for successful delivery

• Proactively manage risks and opportunities across projects

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership

• Conduct weekly project team meetings and manage project schedules

• Report monthly on program status to leadership

Technical Project Manager (Software Engineering + Physical Product Exp. Req.) Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required

• 4+ years of project management or program management is required

• Experience with software engineering projects for a physical product is required

• Proven track record working closely with engineering teams is required

• Ability to work 100% onsite is required
