For the position of Part‑Time Field Sales Technician, Clear Captions is looking for a caring, customer service‑oriented individual with a demonstrable passion for helping people with hearing loss. This is an in‑the‑field position that brings the opportunity to individually train our customers in using Clear Captions equipment and service to effectively enrich their lives.

As a Field Sales Technician for Clear Captions, you must enjoy working with a variety of people in their homes, mostly senior citizens. This is a part‑time position working 25‑30 hours per week for those who enjoy and excel when working independently.

This is an in‑field position based out of a home office and reports to a Business Development Manager.

• Setup and troubleshoot Clear Captions’ devices at our customers’ homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use Clear Captions’ devices and their features.
• Must provide excellent customer service and adapt to unique needs of individual customers to meet business requirements.
• Assist Business Development Managers with lead generation activities as needed.
• Complete service/repair calls as assigned.
• Accurately maintain customer records in Salesforce.
• Complete required reports and feedback on customer interactions.
• Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies to service customers in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid driver’s license, clean driving record and a personal insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 95% by automobile in the assigned region, up to a 50‑mile radius.
• Willing and available to work flexible hours, weekdays typically between 9am‑6pm, optional weekends depending on scheduling availability.
• Work from a local home office equipped with high‑speed Internet.
• Proficient computer skills and basic use of the internet.
• Comfortable working with seniors and people with health conditions or impairments.
• Must be reliable, punctual and be flexible in constantly changing environments.
