A positive and promising Ballet Studio and Pilates–Lagree Hybrid Studio in Riyadh is seeking a talented and passionate Ballet & Pilates Teacher to join their growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to work across both a children’s ballet studio and a high-level Pilates/Lagree studio within a beautifully designed, modern environment.

You will divide your time between the Ballet Studio and Pilates (Reformer, Tower & Barre) Studio.

• 2 days a week:
  Based at Ballet Studio
• 3 days a week:
  Based at Pilates (Reformer, Tower & Barre) Studio
• 2 days off per week (as confirmed by management)

• Conduct Ballet classes for children aged 3+
• Create a nurturing, structured and inspiring classroom environment
• Manage studio flow and ensure a smooth parent–child transition (minimizing separation anxiety)
• Prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals and events
• Support social media content creation for both studios

• Deliver 4 high-quality group classes per day
• Teach Reformer, Tower & Barre
• Provide premium-level instruction aligned with boutique studio standards
• Opportunity to deliver personal training within working hours (commission-based)

• Full-time transition to Pilates (Reformer, Tower & Barre) Studio (5 days per week)
• Potential involvement in Summer Programs/Camps (TBC)

• Female
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Minimum 3 years Pilates experience (from a recognized institution, in-person training)
• Strong Ballet academic background
• Experienced teaching children from age 3+
• Experienced in events and stage preparation
• Mat, Reformer & Tower certified (minimum)
• Open to international candidates

• 💰 Salary: SAR 12,000 – 13,000 (negotiable up to SAR 13,000 for the right candidate)
• 💸 Commission: 35%
• 🚗 10% Transportation Allowance
• 🛂 Employment Visa (Iqama provided upon arrival)
