Baltimore City, Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard, and Washington Counties - with 24,000 students! Essential Functions:
Our Principals oversee the total educational program of the school and are directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school. They assure programs that deal with the Catholic identity of the school are planned, implemented, and evaluated. They ensure that instruction is consistent with the mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives of the school. Our Principals directly report to the Pastor/Superintendent who review performance annually.
Our Principals implement the Roman Catholic Church's educational ministry for the school and the community it serves, insuring its Catholic identity. As such, the Principal provides leadership that attracts and retains excellent faculty and staff, ensuring that academic goals are achieved, and the school's accreditation is maintained. It is important that our Principals be fully supportive of parish activities, ensuring that school activities are integrated with other parish activities outside of the normal school week (e.g., key events where school families are present) whenever possible.
Assistant Principals
