We are seeking a Middle School Lacrosse Coach for an on‑site, contract role at The Bryn Mawr School in Baltimore, MD. The coach will develop and lead engaging practice sessions, inspire student‑athletes, promote teamwork, and ensure skill development. Responsibilities include creating game strategies, instructing players on game and sportsmanship principles, and maintaining open communication with parents, athletes, and school administration. The coach is also responsible for attending scheduled practices, games, and team‑related events.

• Coaching knowledge, including lacrosse‑specific skills, team management, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in fostering teamwork, mentorship, and motivation among middle school athletes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, and school staff
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for student‑athletes
• Prior experience coaching or playing lacrosse is preferred
