This is a full-time on-site role based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area for a Lead Teacher. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, leading classroom activities, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. Key responsibilities include guiding and mentoring students to meet developmental milestones, fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere, maintaining open communication with parents and guardians, and collaborating with fellow educators to deliver high-quality education and care services.

• Proven experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching methods to create and deliver educational content.
• Strong background in Education and Training to guide children's academic and personal development effectively.
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues skillfully and professionally.
• Passion for working with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and adaptability in diverse learning environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
• Familiarity with child development best practices and state educational standards is preferred.
• Experience in culturally responsive teaching and inclusive practices is a plus.
