Construction Management - Adjunct Faculty

Overview

Construction Management - Adjunct Faculty position s position offers instruction for College credit and non-credit courses on a part time basis. Class sections include day, evening and some weekends.

• Instructors are responsible for developing lesson plans to support the Common Course Outline; develop and administer evaluation methods such as tests, quizzes, projects, and reports.
• Instructors are responsible for monitoring progress, attendance, grade evaluation methods, final course performance, classroom management, and delivery of instruction.

Adjunct Level 1 - $1,085 per credit hour.

• A bachelor’s degree is required with at least 3 years professional experience in either construction, civil engineering or architecture. Applicants must have professional licenses, certifications and evidence in practice as a construction manager; architect, civil or structural engineer. Preferred qualifications will include professional experience with relevant teaching in related field. Applicants must have industry experience in construction management, architecture, civil engineering and related fields.
