• Develop a gardening curriculum tailored for youth participants at Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center in Baltimore, MD
• Engage students in hands-on gardening activities and workshops to enhance their learning experience
• Ensure all gardening tools, equipment, and supplies are well-maintained for effective use
• Assess and track the progress and engagement of youth involved in gardening activities
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to align gardening lessons with the center's overall program objectives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in horticulture or gardening education
• Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management, and garden maintenance
• Excellent communication skills for teaching and interacting with students
• Ability to create engaging and educational gardening curriculum
• Demonstrated passion for working with youth and fostering their interest in gardening Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
