• Assessment Design:
  Create quizzes, assignments, and evaluation forms aligned with course objectives
• Implementation:
  Use Microsoft Teams to distribute assessment tools
• Evaluation:
  Monitor and assess learner performance, providing feedback
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with faculty to align assessments with curriculum
• Data Analysis:
  Collect and analyze assessment data, generate reports, and improve strategies
• Support:
  Provide training on using Microsoft Teams for assessments

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or related field
• Experience in designing assessments in higher education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and educational technologies
• Strong data analysis and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively

• Experience with online learning platforms and digital assessment tools
• Knowledge of postgraduate education standards
