• Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
• Address stressful situations professionally while multi‑tasking to ensure smooth school operations.
• L lift up to 50 lbs. related to handling children; infants lifted into/out of crib for infant/young toddler teachers.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment through children’s laughter and wonder.
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers on engaging curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing adventures and achievements via mobile apps and discussions.
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow professionally.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• 90‑hour preschool certification or Child Development Associate (CDA) required.
• 1‑2 years of previous experience (preferred).
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi‑tasking.
• Background check eligibility.
• CPR/First Aid training (preferred).
• Basic Health and Safety training required.
• ADA training required.
