Overview:
This adjunct faculty position teaches college credit courses focused on medical terminology and allied health leadership. Instructors should have experience with online teaching and be experts in the topic they propose to teach.
Campus Locations:
Essex, Dundalk, Catonsville, Hunt Valley, Randallstown, Owings Mills.
Pay:
Pay rate commensurate with education and experience. Pay Level 1: $1,085 per credit hour.
- Teach college credit courses in medical terminology and allied health leadership.
- Prepare and deliver course materials and online instruction.
- Complete all required course and departmental documentation.
- Participate in faculty committees and professional development as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in allied health field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional license and/or credentials in teaching field.
- Subject matter expert.
- Computer proficiency.
- Preferred:
Two years’ experience in classroom/online teaching or higher education training.
- Retirement plans: 403(b) and 457(b).
- Parking: free (permit required).
