Call responsibilities include 1 weekday call per week and 1 weekend call per month. The clinician must maintain board certification in anesthesiology and hold prescriptive authority while supervising CRNAs in the operating room environment. The position involves managing various surgical cases with minimal hands-on requirements due to the supervision-based staffing model.
