Thoracic Surgeon at LifeBridge Health

Life Bridge Health (LBH), one of Maryland’s largest and most comprehensive health care providers, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Thoracic Surgeon to join our Division of Thoracic Surgery within the Department of Surgery and to partner with neighboring entity Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC). The selected candidate will join an established practice, with clinical activity at:

• Sinai Hospital of Baltimore
• Northwest Hospital
• Carroll Hospital
• GBMC

Outpatient offices are located at Sinai Hospital, Carroll Hospital and GBMC.

This full-time position includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with a mix of open and minimally invasive procedures. The practice is well-integrated with other surgical and medical subspecialties and is supported by a highly skilled team of advanced practice providers, residents, nurse navigators, and other allied health professionals. Practice would consist of time divided between the LBH and GBMC Thoracic Surgery divisions with dedicated support at both facilities.

• Collaborative & Supported Care Model: Partner with pulmonology, medical oncology, gastroenterology, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, all surgical sub-specialties, hospitalists, advanced practice providers and surgical residents.
