Overview

General Description:

The Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a full-time Assistant Professor, Clinical.

• Clinical Practice:
  Provide high-quality patient care in the field of endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Research:
  Engage in research to advance the understanding and treatment of endocrine and metabolic disorders in collaboration with other faculty or PIs as determined.
• Teaching:
  Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with divisional leadership and staff to advance the clinical, research, and teaching missions of the division and university, including participating in departmental meetings and contributing to strategic planning.

• MD or equivalent degree
• Board certification or board eligible
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical practice, research, and teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
