Position Overview An established healthcare system in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist to join their growing team. This part-time position (.6-.8 FTE) offers an academic affiliation, strong interdisciplinary support, and an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing maternity program serving the greater Baltimore community. Assignment Details Part-time schedule (.6-.8 FTE), hours vary Provide a full range of antenatal and postnatal care Consultative services available at multiple local facilities Collaborate with residents and medical students through an academic partnership with George Washington University Participate in rotating call schedule Support available from established divisions in Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Laborist programs Well-established practice performing approximately 1,800 births annually Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on-site Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $270,000-$440,000, commensurate with experience and FTE Performance-based incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including:
