Whitman, Requardt & Associates (WRA) is seeking talented and motivated intern architects to take an active role in developing high-quality building designs as part of a growing, dynamic, and collaborative project team in WRA’s Baltimore, MD Office. Interns will work closely with accomplished award-winning senior-level licensed architects to complete design presentations, bid documents, and graphics for a wide range of firm needs, while earning experience essential to completing NCARB’s Architectural Experience Program (AXP).
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Professional Degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
- Excellent design and technical skills; and be motivated to apply those skills to the creation of superior architecture.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in creating interesting and engaging graphics for building design presentation is vital
- Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and through in their desire to provide exceptional client service
- Limited travel may be required, project related within 400 miles
- Participant in NCARB’s AXP Program
- Proficient in AutoCAD™ and Revit™
- Experience with Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphics programs desirable

The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $20.50 - $23.50. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
