Manage project teams, produce Revit construction documents, create client presentations/renderings, coordinate consultants/vendors, and handle construction administration.
Key Responsibilities- Own projects through all phases
- Produce and coordinate construction documents in Revit
- Mentor and manage architects/technicians during production
- Present to clients and coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Ensure projects meet code and construction-quality expectations
- 8+ years professional experience (licensure optional)
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program
- Strong Revit skills and rendering ability
- Excellent communication and client-collaboration skills
- Solid knowledge of codes, materials, and construction methods
- Team-first attitude and desire to mentor others
- Salary: commensurate with experience
