Project Architect

Seeking a Project Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join our Housing Studio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on a variety of projects with a talented team of designers, planners, and architects. Applicants should have experience in the design and documentation of large-scale housing projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, senior housing and affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for leading the production of deliverable documents throughout the SD, DD, CD and CA phases of a project.

· Demonstrate strong technical leadership and document coordination

· Responsible for the quality assurance of the design documents

· Hava an experienced understanding of building codes, zoning, and planning regulations

· Supervise, direct work, and offer mentorship to project staff

· Work directly with clients and contractors during all phases of the design and construction process

· Responsible for facilitating coordination with the Project Designer and Project Manager to ensure the original design intent of the project is maintained through all phases

Minimum Requirements:

· Degree in Architecture

· Registered Architect

· Strong collaboration skills

· Fluent in Revit

· Proficient in Sketch Up and Adobe Suite programs

· Great organization and communication skills

· Hardworking and devoted to the creation of dynamic, engaging design
