This is a key opportunity for a registered architect with strong design sensibilities and technical knowledge to manage a wide range of large-scale housing projects—including mixed-use, multi-family, senior housing, and affordable housing. Basepay range
$90.00/yr - $115.00/yr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs an Architect Project Manager, you’ll lead all phases of design and construction, overseeing schedules, budgets, project deliverables, and quality standards. You’ll manage client and consultant relationships, guide team communication, and ensure alignment with project goals. This role also involves proposal development, quality assurance, and team mentorship—offering a platform for growth and advancement within a steadily growing firm.
