ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays
- Flexible workweek: 4- or 5-day options
- 4 hygiene chairs
- 4 treatment operatories
- Patient Volume:
- 20–25 hygiene patients/day
- 8–10 operative procedures/day
6 months to 20 years
Payor Mix~80% Medicaid + commercial insurance plans
Clinical ScopeThe incoming provider will perform full-scope pediatric dentistry, including:
- Comprehensive preventive care
- Restorative dentistry
- Cosmetic/esthetic pediatric procedures
- Opportunities to grow higher‑end operative skills
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality pediatric dental care
- Perform preventive, restorative, operative, and cosmetic procedures
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- 30–32%+ of production (depending on experience)
- Top performers exceed $500,000+ annually when performing higher‑end procedures
