Hourly rate starting at $16.50 / hour

This is a full time position; you would be required to work an 8 hour shift Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm.

The Fitzgerald, a residential apartment community located in Midtown (Baltimore City), is seeking a full time concierge to work Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm.

At WPM, Your Job As a Concierge Will Include
  • Creating and fostering a welcoming environment for all residents and guests.
  • Interacting with residents and developing a quick understanding of their needs and actions required to promote positive response.
  • Assisting with incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distributing.
  • Coordinating and handling parking passes designated to the building.
  • Answering telephones and responding to routine inquiries. Direct calls as appropriate.
  • Reviewing and following up with maintenance requests to confirm resident satisfaction.
  • Providing backup as needed to other team members, including occasional tours of the premises.
  • Models the Company’s Core Values for clients and other associates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, within reason and relevance to the job.
Required Skills
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
  • Ability to manage priorities and multi-task.
  • Ability to engage others and cultivate positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
Education and Experience
  • 2–3 years’ prior customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
