Job Overview
As a Part‑Time Concierge Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting residents, checking guests and service providers in/out, responding to emergencies, operating security control systems, maintaining daily logs, and handling administrative clerical tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
- Respond to emergency and access control procedures; operate electronic security systems; maintain accurate logs, records, and forms.
- Assist with general concierge services and perform clerical Word and Excel document work.
- Walk the building premises as directed to monitor safety and security.
- Control and monitor access to the building.
- Resolve complaints/issues and follow up, escalating to supervisor when necessary.
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Preferred knowledge of information system hardware/software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills required.

- Ability to navigate the property/building quickly and meet job functions.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs; stand, sit, walk and climb as needed.
- Work at a computer for extended periods and talk on the phone for extended periods.
- Detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
- Occasional overtime; work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend board meetings.
- Navigate the property/building quickly to meet job functions.
- Lift 30–50 lbs.
- Stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb as needed.
- Reach with hands and arms to handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
- Work at a personal computer for extended periods and converse on the phone for extended periods.
- Detect auditory and visual emergency alarms.
- Occasional overtime; work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend board meetings.
- Work in a variety of environmental conditions, including outdoor temperatures, weather variations, traffic and equipment noise, vibrations, chemical fumes, and dust.
$25.00 per hour.
