Pay Range of $40,000 - $60,000 salary based on experience

As the first step in our Service Departments, our Intake Specialists play a pivotal role in our Service Department, ensuring timely vehicle check-ins and communication between our customers and internal teams. • Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle and customer info for repairs and invoicing
• Generate health reports upon vehicle arrivals for immediate insight into reported vehicle issues
• Accurately document vehicle issues, concerns, and maintenance needs
• Maintain customer relationships through a continuous positive attitude and attentiveness daily
• Assist with answering telephone calls when necessary
• Work closely with Accounting personnel regarding customer account changes, customer credits, and clearing the sublet accounts when necessary
• Maintain and file all necessary documentation required by the Service Department
• Other duties as assigned

• A valid driver's license is required for this position
