Operations Support, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Our client is hiring for an Operations support role.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Operations support associate to join our team. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will provide world-class support to field-facing partners while handling mutual funds with accuracy and professionalism.

• Deliver world-class customer service in all interactions with field-facing counterparts
• Manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment
• Troubleshoot live mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries
• Assist with mutual fund journal requests
• Deliver and review plan options offered by the firm
• Apply firm policies and procedures related to account openings and maintenance
• Provide required documentation for rollover requests
• Research and resolve service issues efficiently; ...
• Maintain strong follow-up and ensure timely resolution of inquiries

• Financial services experience required; mutual fund experience preferred
• Inbound call experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and sound judgment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to research, problem-solve, and escalate appropriately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a high-activity, team-oriented environment
