• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding our products and services
• Assist with order processing, including order entry, shipping, and tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns
• Maintain customer records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction
• Provide product recommendations and educate clients on the benefits of our products
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms
• Assist with the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health and wellness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
• Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their goals
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
• Must have a quiet and professional work environment for remote work
