Part-Time Front Desk Attendant
Location: Abundant Life Towers I – Baltimore, MD
Hourly Rate: Starting at $15.00/hour
Abundant Life Towers I is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests during non-business hours.
Schedule:
Thursday: 12:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Friday: 5:00 PM – 12:30 AM
First Saturday & Sunday of each month: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Holiday availability required: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Opportunities may be available to work at both Abundant Life Towers I & II
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor building access and ensure all guests and visitors sign in and out.
Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a detailed log of shift activities, incidents, and security concerns.
Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure security and report any issues.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and contact emergency services when necessary.
Answer incoming calls and take messages when the Leasing Center is closed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
Professional, calm, and attentive demeanor at all times
