We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to join our team in the Baltimore area with pay starting at $40/hr as a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction crews
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
• Report on progress to managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
