Cedar Park Group is hiring a Project Superintendent
We’re seeking an experienced Civil Site Project Superintendent to lead environmental remediation and civil works projects. If you have environmental remediation experience, that’s a strong plus. This role is hands‑on and field‑focused—ideal for a superintendent who runs safe, productive sites and keeps schedules, quantities, and teams aligned.
Position OverviewAs the Project Superintendent, you’ll oversee daily field operations, enforce safety standards, coordinate crews/equipment, track progress and quantities, and partner closely with the Project Manager and owner/representatives to deliver on scope, schedule, and compliance.

Schedule: Full‑Time, Day Shift. Temp‑to‑Hire.
Responsibilities- Lead daily site operations and ensure crews work safely and efficiently
- Implement and enforce a proactive, behavior‑based safety program
- Plan and coordinate equipment needs and site logistics
- Read and interpret plans/specifications; ensure work aligns to scope
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on schedules, milestones, and production goals
- Track payment quantities/measurements; support pay apps and reporting
- Identify potential change orders and communicate scope impacts early
- Submit daily updates (time, progress, issues) to the Project Manager
- Submit weekly equipment utilization reporting
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent (civil/site strongly preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of plans/specs and field execution
- Solid understanding of payment quantities and measurements
- Experience with GPS survey / automated grade control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel (daily communication/reporting)
- Ability to work effectively with project engineers, owner reps, and regulatory agencies
- Willingness to travel out of state as projects require
- High integrity, strong leadership, and excellent field communication
- Must pass pre‑employment medical exam, drug screen, background check
- Environmental remediation experience (excavation, shoring/sheet pile, mass earthwork, specialty remediation)
