Commercial Construction Superintendent

Healthcare Projects | Baltimore, MD

A well-established, award-winning General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead high-quality healthcare construction projects throughout the Baltimore, MD area.

This role offers long-term stability, strong local work, and the opportunity to manage technically complex projects with a respected industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects
• Manage project schedules, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination
• Enforce safety programs and maintain a clean, compliant jobsite
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work meets contract documents and quality standards
• Lead subcontractor meetings and daily planning activities
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and owners
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and punch lists
• Drive projects to successful on-time and on-budget completion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
• Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Procore or similar construction software experience preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
