Metric Geo is working in partnership with an ENR‑Ranked Top 15 Design‑Build General Contractor to assist the expansion of their Advanced Facilities division.
We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to be based in the Washington‑DC Area with vast experience overseeing design‑build Data Center construction projects.
Requirements:- 10+ years of experience managing design‑build construction projects for a General Contractor or Specialty Contractor.
- Experience overseeing Mission Critical projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion.
- Ability to manage large‑scale projects valued over $50 Million.
- Ability to work on‑site.
