We are looking for a HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to prepare accurate project bids and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish. This dual role ensures cost-effective estimating and successful project execution. Candidates with software proficiency in Plan Hub, Quote Soft, and Bluebeam are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities- Prepare estimates for labor, equipment, and materials
- Review drawings, specs, and project scope for accuracy
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Utilize Plan Hub, Quote Soft, and Bluebeam for takeoffs and estimating
- Maintain client communication and satisfaction throughout projects
- Track progress and resolve issues proactively
- Proven experience as an Estimator, Project Manager, or both
- Strong HVAC system and construction knowledge
- Proficiency with Plan Hub, Quote Soft, Bluebeam (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record
$80,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on experience and software proficiency.
