Utility Foreman
Gray & Son Inc. seeks a Utility Foreman to supervise day‑to‑day operations for underground utilities across water, sewer, and storm drain projects.
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform jobsite quality control checks; ensure quality assurance on all phases and complete punch list cleanup.
- Provide overall leadership, mentor field employees, coordinate forces to increase productivity.
- Monitor jobsite operations for contract compliance, noise/dust control, utility shutdown procedures, and enforce safety policies.
- Check equipment for abuse, neglect, repairs and utilization; collaborate with Equipment Manager on equipment needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required. Preference for 2‑5 years of utility experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
