• Operate the school in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Ensure a safe, educational, caring environment for children and parents.

• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
• Assist in achieving profitability for the company.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Previous management experience and at least one year in a licensed child‑care facility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet all state educational and additional center/school requirements.

• $21.46 – $22.30 per hour, based on education and experience (bi‑weekly and daily pay options).
