Full-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
ResponsibilitiesCreate hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child s daily milestones
Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
CDA, Associate, or bachelor s degree in early education or related field is strongly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required
Must meet Maryland Licensing qualifications for a Teacher including the completion of the MSDE 90 clock hour certification required
Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

Physical RequirementsThis position requires compliance with all applicable immunization, health, and safety requirements, and you will work in a Bright Horizons early education/preschool setting to provide supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with policies and applicable laws.

CompensationThe hourly rate for this position is between $18.25 - $22.30 per hour. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other factors.
This position is eligible for a hiring incentive up to $2,000 payable after 100 days of employment.
