Support Innovation and Research and Development within BGE. Strong Excel and data analysis skills required.

Data Analyst of Innovation Central for BGE including the Ideation and Investigations Portal

• Daily review of all ideas submitted to Innovation Central
• Review new ideas to BGE
• Determine what organization should provide detailed review of new idea
• Lead review of these ideas at bi-weekly BGE Innovation Meetings
• Review of new ideas from all operating companies to determine the benefit to BGE
• Maintain database of all ideas and the status of ideas for BGE
• Ensure ideas that are moved to Investigation
• Work with Innovation Leads to provide regular and timely responses to the status of ideas to the idea submitter
• Document monthly metrics and prepare for monthly review
• Provide support of the BGE governance process
• Prepare quarterly metrics submission for Exelon
• Perform data analysis on performance to understand trends and determine opportunities for improvement
• Provide support to organizational representatives
• Participate in monthly EU Peer group calls
• Participate in bi-weekly Exelon Innovation calls
• Assist with coordination of BGE support of Exelon Expo’s
• Support the planning and execution of Ideation Challenges
• Work with communications representative to identify ideas that will be highlighted for innovation in BGE Energized
• Develop material for all regularly scheduled meetings
• Lead the development of material, with support of PMO and Communications, for all organizational and outbound communications
