Overview

We are seeking a junior product from our project team. You will work alongside other product owners or product managers and report directly to the project director. Your main tasks will include overseeing a product's development from concept to launch and beyond, including defining strategy, gathering user requirements, and aligning cross‑functional teams like engineering, and go‑live.

Responsibilities
  • Define the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Use market research and customer feedback to identify new product ideas and opportunities.
  • Oversee the product development process, from initial design to final release, and work closely with engineering teams.
  • Determine and prioritize product and customer requirements and define the features for a new or improved product.
  • Act as a central point of contact, aligning engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams around the product's goals and development.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyze data to make informed decisions for future improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience, potentially in project management or product management in a related field.
  • Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, Dev Ops, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts. While coding is not required, the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and leverage data to make informed product decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills, with a focus on influence rather than authority.
  • The ability to think strategically, define a long‑term vision, and prioritize competing requirements effectively.
  • A deep sense of user empathy and an understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and frequently changing environment.
