PURPOSE:
This is a Year-Round Internship. We are looking for students who can commit to work up to 15-20 hours per week during regular business hours (M-F 8-5PM) for the academic year in the Fall/Spring and 35-40 hours per week during the summer.
Motivated and detailed CRM intern to join the Large Group Commercial Market Account Management Team. This internship will get hands on experience in the health insurance industry, supporting our team in managing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to the growth of our business.
PRINCIPLEACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the team in addressing client inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
- Assist in researching client inquiries
- Develop an understanding of the health insurance industry including benefit & mandate requirements for fully insured, self-insured, and Medicare Advantage groups
- Review and analyze benefit plan documentation
Education Level: This position requires an individual working towards an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University.
Experience: Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above.

- Experience using Microsoft Office products, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Sharepoint) and the Internet.
Salary Range:$18,720 - $26,000
Salary Range DisclaimerThe hire range posted is an annual rate. All intern positions will be paid hourly.
