EssentialFunctions
This internship is designed to be a 10-12 week full-time opportunity beginning in late May early June and concluding in August 2026. The program is ideal for a rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student seeking experience and exposure to diverse careers in healthcare. You’ll work specifically with our Strategic Enablement team who are responsible for project management, operations support and change management.
The Strategic Enablement intern sits on the Strategic Enablement, Communications and Operations team responsible for driving implementation of strategic initiatives with operational support follow-up. The intern will focus on project responsibilities including:
- Assisting and executing tasks associated with the delivery of organization initiatives.
- Creation of project documents, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, project plans, RAIDs, etc.
- Attend meetings, record outcomes for key action items and follow-ups.
- Assist with coordination between project dependencies.
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder information repository (i.e. SharePoint, Teams).
This position requires an individual working towards at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University. Junior or Senior Undergraduate student targeting majors in Business Administration, Project Management or Management related degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above.
Knowledge Skills Abilities (KSA's)- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and online, internet/intranet tools and search engine.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including assisting with reports, manuals and written documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal staff and external clients.
- Strong attention to detail, strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as working with a team, to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated skills with various computer applications/software, particularly those related to the development of documents, web pages, presentations.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

Salary Range DisclaimerThe hire range posted is an annual rate. All intern positions will be paid hourly.
