PositionSummary
The Partner Success Coordinator will build and manage strong relationships with external training partners to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, mission‑aligned training. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding of new training partners, monitoring training partner performance, coordinating resources, and managing communication and reporting to advance organizational goals and drive partner success. This role requires strong communication, organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills, with core duties spanning liaison work, logistics, content support, KPI monitoring, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Organizational Knowledge:
Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of DWD’s mission, vision, programs, and philosophy. - Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external training partners, fostering strong, collaborative, and productive relationships. - Coordination & Logistics:
Schedule training sessions with training partners, manage materials, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless program delivery. Assist training partners in understanding the Organization’s standards, tools, and processes. - Performance Monitoring:
Track training partner performance against KPIs, analyze results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and impact. - Reporting:
Prepare and deliver reports on partner performance, key metrics, and overall partnership effectiveness for leadership and internal stakeholders. - Internal
Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to implement training program requirements. Support Development with grant and program requirements. Coordinate with the Training Support Center and Resource Coordinator to ensure smooth scholar progression through enrollment, training, and licensure. Work with Accounts Payable to manage training and vendor payments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
Background in partner management, sales, business development, or other relationship focused roles (e.g., fundraising, corporate relations). - Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience. - Communication:
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Interpersonal:
Strong ability to build rapport, collaborate, and negotiate effectively. - Organizational:
Exceptional planning, time management, and attention to detail. - Analytical:
Skilled in analyzing data and reports to inform decisions; resourceful problem solver adept at resolving operational challenges. - Technical:
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Transportation:
Requires regular travel to offsite client locations within the designated territory.
