Stellarus Partner Development Manager, Principal

Overview

Your Role The Business Development & Partnerships team drives Stellarus' ecosystem engagement strategy by cultivating high impact collaborations that accelerate innovation and help transform healthcare. The Partner Development Manager, Principal, will report to the VP, Business Development & Partnerships. In this role you will serve as Stellarus' most senior individual contributor partner strategist—responsible for developing, expanding, and stewarding Stellarus' most strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Software Development Companies (SDCs) who are Stellarus' most strategic partners.

You will shape multiyear partnership roadmaps, influence executive level decision making, and ensure joint initiatives drive measurable outcomes in affordability, interoperability, member experience, and partner-influenced revenue.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, computer science, or related field., MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires healthcare or technology industry experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, or channel development.
• Requires strong business acumen and proven ability to consult, negotiate with, and influence senior leaders, align strategy across business units, and deliver measurable outcomes of significant importance to the organization.
• Requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: technical experience in cloud platforms, SaaS models, and healthcare technology.
