Salary: $60,000-$70,000 (paid hourly)

Our client, a commercial design, manufacturing, and installation company, is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join their stable, close-knit team of 30 in SW Baltimore, MD. They specialize in retail design projects, with smaller projects ranging from $20K–$50K and larger projects from $500K–$1M. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of projects, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, clients, architects, and contractors.

- Support the PM and sales team with client communications
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, quotes, etc.
- Organize customer and project files in the network and ERP system
- Assist with drawings, verify design intent, and identify unknowns for quoting
- Confirm packing and shipping requirements
- Research and source materials, track supplier costs, and maintain cost histories
- Monitor production phases and provide client updates
- Review CAD drawings to prepare material take-offs
- Support quality control for incoming materials and finished goods
- Perform cross-functional tasks as needed
- 3+ years of project support experience in construction, architecture, or skilled trades required
- ERP or construction software experience required
- Must be able to work onsite daily
