Resp & Qualifications

Develops and implements strategy for the company's product line and is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working with product owners, IT, and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements against the business strategy, product roadmap, and value drivers.

Ensures the product roadmap development process includes UX, design teams, operations managers, engineering managers, and finance teams, confirms project deadlines, and reports on product performance using latent and predictive data to meet high‑reliability standards.

• Leads the product management life cycle, translating business strategies into product processes and ensuring stakeholder features and acceptance criteria support delivery.
• Leverages market research data to confirm market demand and incorporates this data into product owners’ backlogs.
• Defines the product roadmap, showing the value derived at each feature milestone without dictating architecture.
• Assists with go‑to‑market strategy and launches for new products, facilitating product release with cross‑functional stakeholders and delivering product presentations.
• Facilitates marketing and stakeholder communications, translating technical solutions into value propositions.
• Works with finance to define revenue drivers and pricing for competitiveness and profitability.
• Documents market information, including competitive analysis, threats, trends, and information useful to management, sales, and marketing.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field, or four years of relevant experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

Certified Product Manager (CPM)-AIPMM and Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM)-AIPMM.

Experience:

Ten years of product management and/or product owner experience. KSAs:
Proficient in project planning and life cycle development, excellent written and verbal communication, Agile methodologies, product KPIs and business metrics, problem analysis and solving, and prioritizing work while meeting multiple deadlines.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential and is based on the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations.
