Business Analyst

Accountability

• Monitor and coordinate activities to manage preventative maintenance workload/ financials and make recommendations for improvement.
• Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operations business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform analysis of the operations cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive and detailed reports
• Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for both internal and external use
• May develop, implement, evaluate or lead projects or initiatives (e.g., business plan or process improvement initiatives related to financials)
• Provide broad analytical support to the business unit

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a business-related field
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in a business-related position
• Thorough computer-based analytical skill (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Hyperion, database management)
• Expertise in People Soft and financial systems preferred
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Ability to use spreadsheet applications and learn other specialized software products
• Ability to work closely with peers in a teamwork environment
