As the Rate Analyst
, reporting to the Supervisor, Billing Enrollment & Activation, you will be a key contributor in the Finance Shared Services & Technology team. Your role will support the administration and setup of all products and services for clients across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring billing accuracy, contract alignment, and outstanding client service.

A Day in the Life

  • Administer and validate service setups, lease and loan rates, and contract data for new and existing clients
  • Analyze contract, pricing, and enrollment data to ensure compliance with credit and risk guidelines
  • Support re-amortization analysis and billing adjustments in partnership with Commercial, Finance, and Strategic Consulting teams
  • Audit and troubleshooting client implementations and system setup issues to ensure smooth onboarding and service continuity
  • Lead problem resolution for client billing and contract issues, applying root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Commercial, New Business Implementation, and Operational SMEs to support service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Experience in financial services, billing systems, or client support functions a plus
  • Highly organized and accurate with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with complex billing systems a plus
  • Familiarity with workflow and CRM tools like Salesforce, Service Cloud, or similar
  • Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600 - $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
