$42,000–$82,000/year (Base Uncapped Performance Bonuses)

NPI is seeking ambitious, growth-oriented recent graduates to join our Manager in Training program. This full-time, in-person role provides hands-on experience in sales, leadership, and team development while representing inside nationally recognized retailers including Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

This is not door-to-door, canvassing or commission only role.

• Represent products and services inside high-traffic retail locations
• Learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
• Manage individual territory goals and support broader campaign execution
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
• Develop leadership and operational management skills through ongoing mentorship

• Recent or upcoming college graduate (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Interest in leadership, sales, or business operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Preferred Majors: Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Sports Management, or any field emphasizing leadership, human behavior, or strategic thinking.
