Job Title: Operations Support

HM is looking for candidates with a background or interest in operations, client relationship management, process improvement, or similar fields. The position is open to new graduates who are seeking a career in operations.

• Communication with brokers, internal and external clients.
• Provide clearing services to selected clients.
• Process trade files and ensure all margin calls are issued by EOD.
• Ensure successful and timely margining process for all derivatives related trades.
• Mitigate daily risk by connecting with clients to request their margin and settlement intentions and monitoring aging margin fails to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Resolve trade and position breaks.

• Background or interest in operations, client relationship management, process improvement, or similar fields.
• Willingness to accept new graduates looking for a job in operations.
• Excellent communication skills with peers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under a deadline‑driven environment and prioritize accordingly.
• Ability to think like an owner.
• Proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships.
• Experience in external client interaction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
