We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst II to join the Client Operations team with our client in Baltimore, MD. In this role, which focuses specifically on Foreign Exchange (FX) Settlements, you will act as a vital intermediary between our Sales team and global clients, ensuring the seamless execution of the FX trade lifecycle. The FX Settlements team is responsible for facilitating accurate trade destinations and formats, requiring a blend of analytical rigor and proactive communication.
Skills & Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree is strictly required. - Prioritization:
Ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment. - Analytical Thinking: proven ability to diagnose workflow inefficiencies and implement mitigating controls.

Responsibilities- Process Execution: Execute and manage Operations processes within the FX product line, supporting both daily workflows and specific project efforts.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze complex or ambiguous settlement issues, identifying root causes and proposing strategic actions to prevent recurrence.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain daily professional relationships with Business Unit partners, internal infrastructure departments, and external client contacts.
- Risk & Control: Identify necessary control measures to build a strong, flexible workflow. Take personal responsibility for enhancing processes and suggesting risk reduction strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all regulatory policies and mandatory compliance courses are completed accurately and on time.
