Project: The Poet Speaks with Amanda Eke — Season 2

We are currently in full-scale fundraising mode for Season 2 of the nationally recognized cultural TV series, The Poet Speaks with Amanda Eke, and we are seeking a sharp, motivated Funding & Strategic Partnerships Lead to help run point on capital acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone who understands arts + culture funding, sponsor ships, grants, and capital strategy — and who wants to be directly rewarded for results.

• Lead outreach to funders, foundations, sponsors, institutional partners, and capital partners
• Identify, pursue and capture grants, corporate sponsor ships, angel partners, and philanthropic funding
• Help shape funding decks, sponsorship tiers, and capital strategy (in collaboration with me and the production team)
• Act as a key partner in moving Season 2 from greenlit → fully funded

• 10% commission on all funding you successfully bring in
• No cap — the more you raise, the more you earn
• Strong potential for ongoing partnership across future seasons and future projects

• Experience in fundraising, partnerships, sponsor ships, or arts/culture financing
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder
• Self‑directed, strategic, and confident pitching projects
• Familiarity with media, film, TV, public broadcasting, humanities, or cultural institutions is a strong plus

The Poet Speaks with Amanda Eke is a nationally distributed poetry and culture television series exploring art, resistance, archives, healing, and storytelling.

The series airs on PBS and The Archaeology Channel
, and has been featured on NPR
.

Season 2 is greenlit
, crew is in place, and we are actively assembling capital now.
