Insight Global is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our client, a policy, research, opinion and strategy consultancy. Headquartered in London and expanding globally, this client works with governments, global brands, and institutions to deliver evidence‑based insights that shape impactful policy and communications strategies. Their clients include major names such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Door Dash. As they expand their footprint in North America, our client is seeking the first Senior Sales Representative to lead business development efforts and establish a strong client base across the U.S. and Canada.
Qualified candidates will have a strong B2B sales background, specifically in economic consulting, public affairs, or market research services. The Sr. Sales Representative must be open to monthly travel throughout North America (approximately 3–4 days per month) and ideally will live in Washington D.C., New York, or San Francisco. This is a base‑plus‑commission role.
$60.00/hr – $68.00/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy to grow the client’s presence in the U.S. and Canada.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients in Fortune 500 companies, including key sectors such as technology, education, energy, and infrastructure.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (policy, opinion research, economics) to tailor proposals and solutions to client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform product and service development.
- Report regularly on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Be a foundational member of our U.S. expansion, with the opportunity to shape strategy and grow a team.

- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management, ideally in economic consulting, public affairs, or market research services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build a market from the ground up.
- Experience working with technology‑sector clients is a plus.
- Experience working within a CRM platform.
$60/hr to $68/hr, plus commission.
